Goodbye, December. I hardly knew you. It would have been nice for you to stay a little longer. Your cousin, January, is here? Already?

Last week Thursday, after months of teething, S popped her first tooth. It had been a long and painful haul for the little lass. All of her siblings had two teeth by 6 1/2 months; when she showed signs of teething by four months I figured it only made sense. Nope. Instead, she waited until she was nine months (as of next week) to get her first tooth out.
I was so excited that it finally came out that I was going to blog it. Really, I was. I just didn't quite get around to it.
And then her second tooth popped through on Sunday.
And then that afternoon, she showed us that she knew how to crawl.


I'm not sure whether to cheer "Go, Little Lady!" or "Slow down, Baby!"
