-I shook hands with a millionaire this past week
-For those who don’t know, I will, DV, be going here in the fall. More specifically, I will be spending the majority (all?) of my time on this campus.
-Happy birthday to my brother Jonathan who turned 30 on the 30th. A milestone, indeed.
-We found an apartment in Kingston!! It’s a one bedroom: very clean, within walking distance to the school, on the bus route, in a quiet neighbourhood, and affordable. Now all we need is a job for Rod, a church, and some friends and we’re all set! If you have any of the above, feel free to send them our way.
-When you are looking for something, it helps to know what exactly it is that you are looking for. A lot of hassle can be avoided and a lot of time can be saved.
-Congratulations to Mama Nettie on her birthday yesterday. She looks a lot better than the comments below imply.
-As I was cooking dinner last night, I found a small snail shell at the bottom of my oregano. Don’t ask me how it got there. I didn’t add it to the spaghetti sauce.

I too will be friendless/churchless/jobless at Queen's taking Ed courses in September! Are you PJ or IS? I've never commented on your blog before but I've been reading since you guys were in Japan--you always had such interesting posts/pictures! Thanks!
