How Many to Change a Lightbulb?

As I was driving this morning, I noticed a large city truck blocking off a turning lane. Fortunately for G, it co-incided with a red-light stop. And then I watched a bit, and noticed - how many? - men it took to fix a single square of sidewalk. Let's count them. 1, 2, 3....can that be right? Do a double count.
Yup: Seven men!
I am glad to see the efficient use of city resources.

Hey Bec, I love reading your posts. I told Jonathan about this one, and he said (just to lay your worries to rest about your tax dollars) chances are those guys are working b/c they would usually be on snow removal. But you don't want to lay them off till we get snow, since that's added paperwork and dollars. SO hopefully we get the snow (not looking forward to the green Christmas) and those guys can get back to work, and then that sidewalk won't get fixed, but it will be covered by snow. lol! Have a great day and thanks for sharing, I enjoy reading your blog!
