I truly enjoy being pregnant and I count it an honour. Yes, I am exhausted. (Life is busy and filled to the brim with three small children, school runs, house renovations, and work. Where does being tired from "life" stop and being tired with pregnancy begin?) Yes, my body gets sore and yes, I sleep poorly. BUT, it is a gift to be able to carry this new life and to feel the growth and the movements that have become such a part of my own body. Because of that, my answer is "I am well." I am blessed.
We are so excited to meet this little moving and dancing bump. It is making itself known more and more, which is also quite terrifying, because we are in NO way ready. We had our first "what to name the baby" discussion last night (nothing came of it). I have no idea where I stored half of the baby things that probably should be coming out to get washed and folded and put away sooner rather than later. The other problem being I am not sure where to put it away. The "logistics" of adding another one to the mix are sometimes a bit much to think about, but I have been told many times by many people that it will all take care of itself. My head knows that.
I had some concern for a few weeks about my lack of weight gain and the seemingly small size of my belly; it is noticeably smaller than with the others. However, I had an ultrasound this past week, and not only were my worries unfounded, the opposite is true - this baby is in the 77th percentile. Apparently all is well.
Here is a parting shot, at 35 / 36 weeks.

Thanks for the update! You look beautiful with the expectant glow of motherhood. I hope the last preparations for the new arrival go well and that you soon will have a healthy baby. I am glad even in the busyness of life you treasure the gift of new life.
Rebecca, whenever I see your pregnancy pictures, I cannot believe how much "baby" you are. You look great!
I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well! Blessings!
