It's been a noisy few days!

This grand snow-storm of ours it has been quite the interesting experience. The Japanese people are some of the most prepared around. I have never seen so many people with snow chains in my life! Everything from buses and taxicabs to... yes, the microvans! It was quite the clickety - clankity day (I even saw one bicycle with what looked like a tire chain!) In China they call those vans, "breadloaves", or something like that, 'cause they kind of have the shape of a loaf of bread. That's pretty funny that they have chains though. I don't think I've ever used chains. I guess it's better safe than sorry, as Dad always says.

Yeah, you would never survive in Canada with rear-wheel drive on a van that tiny. You would need chains too :)
