This Week…
-G got bit. In the church nursery. Twice. By the same girl. Rod was on nursery duty.
I somehow find it all almost comical.
-My sandals broke. It is quite sad, really, considering that I bought them in Japan, so they are quite difficult to replace. There are lots of memories in those shoes.
Does anybody else get emotionally attached to their sandals?
-G’s sandals also broke. I somehow think he is less attached.
-I was reminded that 6:45 is too early for a power struggle with a toddler.
-I picked up our new van today. It’s not quite ready for the road – we still need to go through all the paperwork, taxes, and tests, but it is sitting pretty in our driveway.

My sister as a baby once bit someone on the head in nursery too. Now he is dating her best friend. Those two facts are not really connected, just amusing...
