Yukata Matsui

(Pictures taken by Rod but posted by Bec)
Today and tomorrow in Himeji the Yukata Festival is on. It is a chance for people to dress in traditional Japanese robes, yukata, which are comparable to simple, cotton kimonos. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate: it rained the entire day, so crowds were somewhat thinned. Even so, men and women of all ages donned their finest for the festival.

Where's your yukata? You're not telling me that you're coming home without one?! This goes for both of you!
