Armistice Day
Rod and I had the chance to go to the Remembrance Day Service on Parliament Hill this morning. May we never forget.
Today's services were very much on my mind - we have quite a few Veterans still where I work, and this is the first year in almost 5 years that I haven't conducted a service for them. I miss them very much, and fear that next year, a few of them will no longer be there for me honour. Privately, I honoured them today. May we never forget, may we never repeat....
Yeah Dawn, We are very blessed to be able to live in a country where freedom has been preserved with so great a cost. Thanks for your comments, Dawn :) Rod
