Is it overly optimistic of me to think that spring has sprung?
-Today I went for a short walk, about 15 minutes, and I was almost sweaty by the time I got to my destination.
-Neither I nor the munchkin were wearing a touque or mittens for said walk.
-For two days in a row, I hung my laundry out on the line, and it was actually dry when I took it in.
-Today I sat on the back deck and folded my laundry.
-I was actually *warm* while I did it.
-I went on a second walk and didn't even bother with a jacket.
-The sheet of ice that was at the playground last week has turned into a pool of water.
-Crocuses are popping through the ground in a few spots!
-All of the snow - as far as I can tell - has melted.
I just hope the weather isn't playing a trick on me. That would be unkind.

Oh Becs... what have I always told you about snow in April? :) But I'm on your side this time. It KILLS me to have to go into the office on days like yesterday and today! So, yesterday after work I sat down in my garden and started pulling weeds, getting ready to plant again in a few months... And, both today and yesterday we bbq'd for dinner and ate at the picnic table on the deck. Happiness!
April snow...even March snow...won't last as long as November snow does! Enjoy these warm days - what a perfect March break for you and the munchkin!
