Still Waiting

So....here I sit...the due date has come and gone, and there are so far still no signs of Bumpernickel making an appearance.

I am telling myself that living in the state of expectation is a wonderful thing. (Surely there is some significance....a reminder of the "already/not yet" state in which we all should be living, perhaps?)
My body is telling me that it is a rather heavy bowling ball to be carrying around.
