Hey Mom, I know I'm a little early, but it is the 5th here in Japan. These flowers are for you, and I didn't even have to uproot them to give them to you :) Bec and I are sorry to be so far away on your birthday, but know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Thankyou! It was a good day of celebrations with family and friends; and extended into a "sisters" getaway. I've been definitely escorted into the next decade.
